The use of modern CNC-controlled CBN grinding centres, for example, ensures the permanent precision and quality of our grinding processes. Computer-aided measuring systems also ensure the permanent and extensive quality controls of the entire production process which also includes the high quality identification of the workpieces.
Building on the quality of its tools, EXACT GmbH & Co. KG continues to
pursue on-going product development. The new developments it has regularly unveiled over the last few years include the ROTASTOP® shaft or centre bits with spiral grooves and these have been backed by a wide range of inventions such as the SGE-Bit® with Rotaplus induction zone, demonstrating its innovation capacity which benefits all users via our dealers. To ensure that we not only maintain this capacity, but develop it continuously, EXACT GmbH & Co. KG moved to new premises in 2007 where we intend to drive forward our new developments in the future, particularly in the field of vacuum coating technology. These are intrinsically linked to the quality of a precision tool.
Despite all the innovations and developments which characterise the products of EXACT GmbH & Co. KG, we remain firmly focused on our support for dealers. This is not just because we regard them as our sole sales channel and spend a great deal of time on the development of our services for them. In addition to a range of products that provide a bespoke solution for all technical challenges, improved logistics processes also make a significant contribution to this and we will continue to improve them after moving into our new production plant.
